    Hello,

    We have changed the plans from Cloud to Worpress.  The cloud plan was more expensive, and the money left was transferred to the next month. So next month for the Wp plan you will pay less, only the difference.

    Could you please check if you added the Brizy Pro plugin inside the WordPress dashboard? And check if you have installed and activated the Brizy Free plugin too? It is important to have both plugins Brizy Free and Brizy Pro installed on the WP dashboard because the Brizy Pro is an extension of the Brizy Free plugin. Do you have the latest versions for both plugins:  Brizy Free 2.3.33 and Pro 2.3.26?
