This page needs a refresh error

I am trying to edit a blog post in Brizy and it won't let me. I keep getting this error message:

"This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

I only have one Brizy tab open, and hitting the refresh button does nothing to solve the problem. Logging in and out did not help either. Any ideas?
