Contact form error in iOS

I have an error when I need to attach a file using iOS (iPhone and iPad) on Brizy Builder Form. I've already configured Recaptcha v2.

  The message was not sent. If I remove the attachment, the form works well.

  When you try to register and try to attach a photo, on IOS, you get an error message saying that it wasn't possible to complete the registration.
  On the other hand, with Windows, MacOS and Android you don't get such error and you can complete your registration perfectly.
  For the test we used either real data (name, email, etc) and dummy data. Both cases we had the same behavior.

  Hi Carlos

  I did two tests; one from an Android phone and another from an iPhone 12. Both registrations went through smoothly and I did not get the error message you have mentioned and couldn't reproduce the problem. When I tried uploading a bigger size image I did get an error message that it was too big.

  How do I reproduce the problem?

  I tried again using an iPhone 12 with IOS 14.7.1 and got the same error. 
  When uploading the image, did you choose the option "take a photo" or did you use "upload a photo from the library"?
  Since when you choose "take a photo" it doesn't allow you to select the image size. 
  Currently the image upload file size is set to 3MB, which should be enough.
  
  Any thoughts?

  I was looking at the registration tray and couldn't find the test you performed.
  Could you try again with both Android and iPhone?

  Hello Carlos,

  I upload an image to the form from an iPhone and the message was successfully sent, please see this screenshot. Also, I tried with Android and everything work well too.
