Contact forms lead only - no mail to writer

Hello,

in Brizy pro I have a problem with email form module. the form is sent only the lead and no email is sent to the writer. I tried both wordpress and gmail but the result is the same. I need to send automatic mail to writer.

Can you help me?

  Hi Emiliano

  When you submit a form if you receive this message "Your email was sent successfully" and if you see a lead in the Leads module, it means that your form is setup correctly and there are no errors.

  If you are not receiving the email, please try these

  1. Check the SPAM folder of your email.
  2. Check the email address and confirm that there are no spelling mistakes
  3. Add multiple email addresses with a comma in between in the email filed and check if you receive the form data in any one of the emails.

  Hi George

  Thank you very much for your reply. I have already tried and everything works except the mail to the writer. I also added the email field in the replay to field but nothing comes. I believe the brizy team hasn't implemented this feature yet

  Hi Emiliano

  I have added my email address as an additional email to the "Email To" field. Then I filled up the form. I have received an Email Notification from your form. The form email was in my Inbox and not in my SPAM folder.

  

  I am not sure why it is not coming to your email address. You will need to investigate this at your end

  Hello, yes it's ok but I'd like an autoresponder mail when someone write me, this option doesn't work

  The AUTORESPONDER can be done with a third-party service. From what I understand, you want this option to be in default form, so I'll add this to our list of feature requests.
