  Thank you for contacting us.

  You have Studio Plan and all the Pro options are included. This email ku....@...k.com is also a manager in a FREE account, and in the FREE account are included only the FREE options. So if a Pro account is working in a FREE account, then you have all the options only from the FREE account. You can not use your PRO options in a FREE account.
