Loop function for tablet and smartphone

Dear Sirs,

i've implemented some videos on our hompage with an active auto-loop-function. Which works very well.

Although it works perfectly fine on laptop and desktop - it works neither on smartphone nor tablet which is very frustrating as our page is almost ready. Do i have to use some special settings for those two devices?

  Hi support,

  I did get an email from your support informing me that the plugin was updated and that now the autoplay should work. I checked this and true for one of the two pages it does work indeed now.

  for the second page it still does not work it seems:

  Do you know what seems to be the issue. You did get an admin login via email before and if you let me know your IP address I can whitelist you to bypass the "under-construction" plugin.

  Thank you for your message.

  At the moment the autoplay option in the mobile version is closed from the operating system. Unfortunately, this is how it works at the moment. In the future, this option might work, our dev team is working on it, but we don't know when this will happen.
