Popup Form won't submit

Hello! I am trying to use a popup in my Brizy build that shows up on click. The click works, however when I try to submit the form, it gives me an error message "Your Email Was Not Sent". Once submitted, the form is supposed to redirect users to another page on the website. 

I am using the WordPress email sender, Brizy 2.3.30, Brizy Pro 2.3.24. The site is set to run on HTTPS.

What else can I check to make sure this works?

  Hi Noelle

  You can send Email Notification with the form data in thee ways. If the WordPress option is not working, can you please try the Gmail option? In the Gmail option, at the very bottom, please specify a Gmail address as the username and Gmail password as the password.
