    Hi Azad

Can you try these and see if it helps

    1. Change your theme to one of these https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

    2. If you are using more than one page builder deactivate page builders other than Brizy

    3. Deactivate plugins like security, cache, Anti SPAM and keep only plugins which are required to display the pages correctly ( the page builder, woocommerce etc)

If you continue to get the same error after trying these, please let us know. We will take a look at your WordPress backend.

    Hi Azad

Thanks for the access to your staging site. The staging site has several console errors and WordPress update does not work. https://jmp.sh/q1rN3Gf. This could be because of the errors in the cloning process. Instead of trying to fix this messed up WordPress instance, can we consider an alternate solution?

If you give me access to your live site I can try to clone it again and attempt WordPress and other plugin updates on the cloned site. I can either use my hosting account or you can give me access to a hosting account for doing this. If I am able to successfully update WordPress and other plugins, we can then migrate the cloned site back to the live server.

What do you think about this plan?

The error you shown is CORS issue with FB, which is not related to Brizy. Even if you wanted to create a new page, the Brizy editor doesn’t load. The error as per title is regards to JS object not properly created.

Ignore the update failed msg, it’s because I have removed the permissions. This is because we are on beanstalk and we do not want auto update, and messing with Brizy.

We already tried to upgrade the current live server, but Brizy not working too on that installation, even just upgrading the OS. Last time, brizy support team straight ask me to upgrade to latest version; thus, now still giving me the same problem, even with the latest version.

Both of our site is on beanstalk, so straight cloning is not possible.

    Hi Azad

As you rightly mentioned, those console errors are not to do with Brizy and hence we do not want to invest time fixing those errors for you. If you migrate your live site to a staging server with PHP 7.4 and WordPress 5.9, with no console errors and if your webpages are working with Brizy: 1.0.113 and Brizy Pro: 0.0.34, we can handle the Brizy update and fix  update related errors for you.

This ticket error is coming from brizy.

"Cannot destructure property 'colorPalette' of 'Object(...)(...)' as it is undefined"

The one you screenshot is not coming from brizy.

    Hi Azad

I can give you two options to move forward.

    1. Clone the website again following a process that is acceptable to us. We want to be sure that you are following an error free cloning process. (We do not have expertise in fixing cloning errors). If you are willing to do this, let's discuss further on this.
    2. If you want to follow your own cloning process, take responsibility for fixing the console errors. Once you have fixed the console errors, let us know and we will help you fix Brizy related errors.

I will go for the first option, let you know once ready.

    Thanks.

    Hi Azad

If you want to go forward with the first option, the first step would be to have a zoom call with me to discuss possible ways to follow an error free process to clone your website. Please do not do anything until we have talked and agreed upon the process.

    Hi KC,

I just notice your reply. I have already reinstall WP on the server, and no error displayed.

Last time, after I imported the pages, that's when Brizy unable to load, and you see the FB loading error.

What do I need to do next to import current Brizy pages to the new environment?

If you still okay to have a call regarding this matter, I'm in KL time (GMT +8). I'm available anytime between 8pm-12am on 3-March. Since my machine doesn't allow Zoom, let me send the Google Meet link. Let me know your availability.
