Fatal Error because of gan_tokenizer.php

We are running an internal wordpress instance with version 5.9.1, the newest builds of brizy and brizy pro, Apache 2.4.52 (Win64), PHP Version 7.4.27.

We regularly have the problem that we get errors in the php script. gan_tokenizer.php. If we disable the brizy plugins, the error disappears. The errors occur in the most diverse places in wordpress, for example if we click on the dashboard menu item .Here are some examples:
