Saving a layout in WP - don't see it in CLOUD
I've created a layout in my Brizy PRO wordpress installation - I've also saved it. Gave it some time, but even 24 hours later I don't see the saved layout in my brizy cloud. I've done this in the past ( other way around - from cloud to WP) and it worked.
I've seen the youtube instructional video on this issue but now I don't see the "sync now" button available in WP.
Can you help me? This is an important project to me.
BTW - I have a brizy PRO studio subscription.

Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please try to disconnect from Brizy account and then connect again? If after this, you will still not be able to sync blocks and layouts, could you please update the Brizy Free and BrizyPro to the latest versions? Now we have the 2.3.30 version for Brizy Free and the 2.3.24 - for Brizy Pro.

I have reinstalled the plugins - they are confirmed latest versions - brizy free 2.3.20 and brizy pro 2.3.24. and now, when pressing ctrl shift A I get "connect now" button, but I also get a warning message about my plugin versions being incompatible with my account version? What ever that should mean... ... and when logging in I input my email and password - it says "incorrect" - I've reset my email and password and I still get the same error message.
