Custom Domain Porkbun & SSL

I am using a Custom Domain - registrar is Porkbun. I have Free SSL on Porkbun and applied to the domain.

At first, it shows as unsafe on the browser：

After about 30 minutes, it shows secure, as shown in the picture below：

Then when I browse the website on mobile phone, it shows unsafe again.

DNS setup completed successfully
I can't post the URL on this article for privacy reasons
Is there a privacy method that can help me to verify if the website is successfully using SSL?

*I'm Brizy Cloud Pro user, using the latest version of brizy cloud.
