Is there hover effect for short code element?

Hello,

Would like to ask is there a way to add hover effect for short code element in Brizy WP?

For example, this page

would like to let user know those images are clickable

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, we do not have such an option in Brizy builder, there is a hover effect only for the background image.
