    Hi Sandra

Can you please let us know which theme you are using? Can you try changing to one of these themes and see if that helps? https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

    Hi George,

The custom Theme by the company has to be used as it holds some foundations like Header and Footer.

    Hi Sandra

Custom theme you have developed may not be compatible with Brizy. You may need to eventually move over to a different theme and recreate your header and footer in that theme or redevelop it in Brizy.

Before we do anything, we first need to check if the theme incompatibility is the reason why the Archive element is not displaying the number of posts properly. Can you clone your website to a staging server and then try changing your theme?

    HI George,

yes we can try that but the theme developed for the company is a framework and used for 6 other sites using brizy so it is a bigger official client who cannot just move over to "another" theme unfortunately.

    Hi Sandra

Since the problem you are facing with the Archive element not displaying the posts accurately is part of a bigger corporate setup, we will need to understand the client's technology environment better before recommending a solution that is more appropriate for his context.

What about scheduling a Zoom call to understand the client technology environment in more detail? I can setup a Zoom call at a time convenient for you. Please let me know if this is a good way to proceed.

I will propose your first solution to the company who built the framework for our client. If this doesn't work we can schedule a zoom call. Does that work?
