Hello Support,

JS embed used to work. Now it has stopped working. I wonder if this is no longer supported by the embed code. See attached (https://www.pleasantvalleycare.co.uk/)

Awaiting your confirmation.

  The embed code from https://www.cqc.org.uk/ appears to display something on your webpage. This is what I see

  Thanks for checking. As a backup, I created an image to put above + link image to the CQC site. It is a legal requirement to have this on the site, so I cannot have this blank. The script should appear in the bordered area below. I have tested it on Google Sites and it shows but not on Brizy Cloud

  Yes... thanks. I have gone through all that. The console error can only be related to Brizy Cloud setup as it works fine with simple HTML documents and Google Sites.

  I have raised this simply because, the code stopped working. It used to work just fine at Brizy Cloud.

  The use of the image (as I have done) is the advice given as a backup if your CMS (in my case Brizy Cloud) has issues with the code provided.

  Hi Nelson,

  We do not have expertise about the script you are embedding. We do not know why the script shows an error.

  My advice to you is to send an email to them mentioning the console error. Ask them what should be done to fix this error you are receiving when embedding their code to Brizy Cloud.

  Once you hear from them, if we need to do something, we will do at our end.
