Payment is incorrect
Hi,
I've just received an email from you about my next payment, for which I paid $79.20 and now you're telling me that my next payment is $99. From running a SaaS business myself, I will tell you this does not make me or anyone else happy. I should be locked in at the price I initially joined at, and you're probably gonna tell me that I got a discount that would only be valid in the first year. You might want to take a look at your strategy here, that is not how most SaaS businesses work these days. For $20 is not about the money, it's about your attitude in the market as a company.
And as if that wasn't enough to make me frown at your marketing tactics, I get an email from informing me of an incorrect amount of $113.85. What he hell is going on?!
Please send a new invoice with the right amount to my email box.
