    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The CNAME  should be green, could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the Cname? Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it? After this, you should have the records in the project settings green. This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. If all the DNS settings are correctly configurated the SSL certificate will be propagated in a few minutes and then the HTTPS will work correctly.

    I deleted the CNAME record for www.marializzabowen.com and then added it again. I also checked to see if there was an AAAA record there, but there was none. The problem still persists.

    Should I delete the A record and add it again? I didn't touch that one since it is still green.

    I would also like to note that I had that domain connected to the first brizy website, but deleted that site and connected it to the current one.

    We have checked your project, and you did not connect the Cname correctly as it is marked with red, please see here. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the Cname. Then, please send a screenshot from your domain provider.

    We already fixed the problem with SSL and now all is working fine, please see here. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?

    Thank you, it works on my PC and comes up as https - and the site appears. I cleared the cache on my phone as well and it comes up as https, however, I get this screen. I'm assuming that it will be available in the next 24-48 hours?

    The SSL was propagated, everything is working well now. You have the screen with,, coming soon, because we have activated it in your dashboard. If you want to deactivate please access Projects settings -Systeme page -deactivate coming soon, please see here.
