Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets

Just installed WP 5.9 on my domain, installed Brizy and Brizy PRO plugins.

Unfortunately it doesn't allow me or even give an option to create a menu. A message "Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets" appears when selecting the create menu button on theme edit.

I want to use Brizy theme and partners themes are not a solution.

  Hi,

  what theme do you use? Did you install the Brizy Starter Theme?

  Same here. Starter theme and other themes give me this error when trying to add menu:
  
  "Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets."

  Please advise.

  Figured it out. Just needed to change the base theme to Twenty-Twenty-One
