Can't upload images in Brizy Cloud
Hey there!
I'm having an issue when I try to upload an image through the interface

Whenever I click it, nothing happens. Even if it's a favicon for the site.
Could you please help me out?

Hi Tomas
Would you please clarify if you have this issue with Brizy Cloud or with Brizy WordPress?

Hey KC, I'm using Brizy Cloud.

Hi Tomas
We will need to examine your project to see why this is happening. Can you give us your project URL? Can you also confirm if you have signed up with Brizy Cloud using the same email address you are using to contact us at this Forum?

Hey KC, it appears the problem was with the browser. It wasn't only with Brizy Cloud. I couldn't upload anything into Chrome. I already fixed it! Thanks.

I have the same problem, which has suddenly appeared. I've tested it in different browsers and the error remains...
Using MacOS, Chrome and MS Edge.

Hi Marcos,
All projects that were created before Feb 2021 follow the older Brizy Cloud project format. The above project was created using the older Brizy Cloud project format. The older projects now have a bug with image upload.
You will not face the image upload issue in a new project. If you want to make updates to the above project, the only option is to create a new project, transfer the design from the above project to the new and add the custom domain to the new project. This is a bit long process
- Save each page as a layout in the current project
- In the new project, create new pages and import page designs one by one
- Copy paste Global Typography from current project to the new project
- Copy paste Global Colors from current project to the new
- Setup global header and footers in the new project.
- Delete the custom domain from the old project and add it to the new project.

Hi Marcos,
We have now fixed this issue, could you please try uploading images in the older project and and check if it works?
Best regards,

It works, Ariel. Thank you so much for all your support. Thanks, KC George, for the alternative solution as well!
