this certificate has expired or is not yet valid

I am a subscriber of Brizy Cloud, and my domain is managed by Namecheap > https://www.mavg.digital

I created a subdomain using CNAME record for https://ph.mavg.digital resulting to a security error. (Please see image attachment)

I already reported this to Namecheap and referred to Amazon and Let's encrypt.

Let's Encrypt replied, they don't support via email and was referred to the community.

Could you please delete the AAAA record from the domain registration? After this, the SSL certificate should be propagated.
