    Hi Patrick,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I would love to help you but unfortunately, we can not recover the sites that were deleted. Sorry.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Oh no. Really? There is absolutely nothing that can be done? I desperately need this site to be online and the deletion was a fumble finger for sure. There isn't a "deleted items"?

Is there a backup of your database that could assist me with restoration? No disaster recovery plan at all?!

    Hello Patrick,

I have asked our dev team one more time about recovering the sites, and no, they cannot recover. I'm so sorry we can't help you but in this case, we can't do anything.

    Best regards, Nelea.

The site is a single page website.  If I was able to send you the source for the page, could it be reloaded?

It appears I cannot recreate the page myself .  It appears that I do not have access to the raw HTML in the brizy editor.

    Hi,

took a look at your page but based on the error message I wouldn't say your page was deleted. I think it's a domain issue. I can't see CNAME for your domain. Can you please confirm you have added it correctly? Do you have green color on the Project settings for both records? If you delete the custom domain and publish the site to a Brizy subdomain, will the site work?

I have confirmed that the DNS is configured correctly. The website is not displaying in my panel.

    The website is VimOps.com

    Hi,

I thought the site is in the panel but the pages are gone. If the site does not exist in your dashboard then unfortunately we cannot help you. There is no way to recover it once it was deleted.

As a last hope you could check it may be in another sub-account.

The site is not in the panel -- the website is vimops.com

I also do not believe I have created any sub-accounts.

I was able to collect the images and html from a google cached copy.  Is there any way I can use this to restore into Brizy cloud

    Hi,
I'd love to help, but once the project has been deleted from the Brizy Cloud dashboard, it can't be restored.

btw: you mentioned that it is a single-page site. It would have been faster if you recreated it.
