Server sync not working

I followed server sync instructions, but my website is not working.

This is my root:

And this is my htaccess:

 

What am i missing?
I even tried to move all Brizy content to root, but if i go to https://www.inc22.it it says 500 error or too many redirects

  Did you try to follow all the steps from this article? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync  Also, have you tried deleting the var/cache file? There may be something to this. Then please again check if it will work.

  Hello Nelea, yes i followed those steps, and already tried to delete cache, without success
