Unable To Change Account Email Address
Hi Support,
I have tried several times to change the email address associated with my account using the account settings screen, without success - the screen continues to show the old address.
I did receive a an email with a 'verify email change' link in it, but that also didn't work - the screen displayed an 'invalid security code' message.
Please could you put the email change through from your side?

Could you inform us what is the actual email of your Brizy account and with what email do you want to change it? We will try to change it from our side. If you don't want to make these details public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply.

Thank you for your reply.
After trying several times without any luck, the change email address dialogue did eventually display with the necessary email address fields available for input, which allowed me to make the change successfully.
I apologise for not forgetting back to you with an update!
