Collaboration: Changes deleted when project moved to another workspace

My team mate was working on a project and I did not know about it. I moved the project to a new workspace and gave him access to that workspace, but he was unable to save his changes and it threw an error. Please create a process to mitigate this situation in the future.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you give us more information about the error your colleague received? what was his previous action? When you work on a project, i advise you to save the changes every 10 minutes, so in case of any errors appear you will not lose the work you did.
