Another variation on the Empty License Key Submitted issue
I have the Brizy Pro lifetime license
I had previously had the multisite issue crash on Pro 2.3.22 but believed 2.3.23 fixed it on Monday.
This morning (Thursday) I updated site to free Brizy 2.3.30, Pro 2.3.24.
Everything seemed ok so I began editing one of the three sites that use Brizy/Brizy Pro as editor.
I discovered that I was getting the "Empty License Key Submitted" message on that site.
The other two sites that use Brizy / Brizy Pro are not having the problem
I can still see Brizy Pro menu features like popups. Existing pop ups working but if I try to build a new one, I can not access because it says I don't have a pro plan which clearly I do.
I checked that lifetime license is correct and installed on the network Admin site.
Tried uninstalling Brizy Pro and reinstalled but it did not work.
Tried downgrading to Brizy Pro 2.3.23 without success.
I reverted to one day old backup (all programs and database) but problem persists.
I reverted to two day old backup (programs and database) but problem persists.
I reverted to three day old backup (all programs and database) but problem persists.
To go back any further will cause broader 2.3.22 problem to reoccur so I am assuming 2.3.23 has somehow caused this error.
Need help to get Brizy Pro working again on this one site.
Any other suggestions or fixes are appreciated...

I received an email from noreply@brizy.zendesk with a copy of your reply above, but I have not yet received the private email to send you the credentials. I also checked on the forum and did not see any information how to send the credentials to you.
I have setup a temporary superadmin account and will gladly give you the credentials once you send me the private email.

Update- I can not explain the change but when I logged into the subsite with the problem this morning, the message is no longer appearing and the access to pop-ups etc. seems to be working again. This is confusing since it resisted every method I tried to fix it last evening before I sent the post to Brizy.
However since it is working this morning, I will have to assume the credential somehow repopulated in the database. We can close this issue for now. I will contact you if it reappears.
