Custom domain configuration from register.it

It is the first time that I use Brizi Cloud (with "Personal Cloud" subscription) and I cannot configure the custom domain. I purchased a domain on the "register.it" site and I followed your guide (https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-). I waited 48h but the site is not online yet. I also contacted register.it which confirmed that the tracking/configuration is ok, but the site still doesn't work. How can I solve?

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up correctly the A record and the CNAME?  Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it? Are the records in the project settings green? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. If still will not work please send us a screenshot of DNS settings from the domain registration and the URL of your project.
