    Thank you for contacting us.

    We checked your site and found that you didn't set up correctly the Cname. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the Cname? Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it? After this, you should have the records in the project settings green. This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

    Here is the DNS configuration on the server:

     

    According to the Brizy admin panel, the Cname is correct.

    See picture.

     

    Can you please check if it's a problem on your end, or specify further what you believe the error is on our end?

    We already fixed the problem with SSL and now all is working fine. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?
