HTML Export is not responding

Hi Support Team,

I'm trying to publish our website via HTML support but it isn't creating the file.

It looks like "We are preparing your HTML export" for 20 minutes.

  Thank you for your message.

  If your project is big, it could take even longer. Please be patient and wait until the next step will appear. The upload time depends on how big the project is and what you uploaded in your project. If it doesn't work for the first time please try again to upload the project. If still doesn't work, please sent the URL of your project and we will check it too.
