Publish Error on pop-up

Hi, I published a popup (Changed from saved to draft to publish page), but it says 

"Currently the home page is not published. Please switch it from draft to publish to make is visible"

I changed it back to draft and published again, just in case it didn't register my changes. Waited 5 hours and did the same thing, still no luck. 

I have the pop-up set to load on page after 1 second.

I have a test page (You can view here) that I had the code embedded on, but nothing is working.

Below is the code  to the pop-up I'm having the issue with. I'd appreciate any insight with this.

  Also, It's a popup not a project if that helps. We're not using Brizy for to create a website. We are just using it to create our popups to then add the code on our pre existing sites.

  Also, I am noticing the issue with any new popups created. Is there a cap on how many we can have?

  We got Brizy for the sole purpose of it's popup creation tool. I need to see what we need to do to ensure we can continue to create new ones.
