Blank Pages

Hello - We inherited a site built with the Brizy builder.  We're noticing a number of blank pages on the front end of the site and are unsure of when this happened.  When we go to edit some pages on the backend with the Brizy builder that are working and have content, they appear blank on the backend in the Brizy builder, and when we save they're now blank on the front end as well.

We're using Brizy pro and have an updated license key.  Any ideas for what's going on?

  Could you confirm that you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.29 and Brizy Pro 2.3.23?

  The issue could be from one of your plugins, please try to disable all the plugins one by one and check if the issue still occurs. Then please change the theme with one of these recommended themes https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners and check if the problem still persists.

  No luck here unfortunately.

  • I've disabled all plugins except for Brizy (2.3.30) and Brizy Pro (2.3.22).  Updating Brizy Pro to 2.3.23 ruins the styling on our site - the colors all change after that update.
  • After disabling all plugins and testing with TwentyTwenty default theme, just editing the page in Brizy (not even saving) renders the page blank.  The page has content, then I go to edit (and not save) and the page is permanently gone.

  I'm testing in a staging site - any other ideas here?
