    Thank you for your message!

    We have a 30 day refund policy. This means that we make refunds after a month of purchasing Brizy. Unfortunately, in your case we can't do the refund. What we can do is just cancel the account. Hope this made things clear!

    Hallo Doina, 

    Unfortunately because of tons of Spams in my e-mail I just saw the e-mail of the charging today. I was charged on 8th January, today is 8th February, isn't it really possible to have an exception because of 2 days?

    I'm not using the plugin, and I won't use it anymore. 

    I canceled last year and I don't know why it was reactivated. That's why when I saw the charged on paypal I thought it was something else.
