How i can do this?

I need to make a layout like this. It's normal, there's nothing special about it, but I can't nest rows to get that result. What am I doing wrong?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please watch this video, I did something similar with your screenshot. I have added first 2 columns, in the second column an added 3 rows, duplicate it,  then I delete one row and inserted there the text element, menu, and Facebook icons. In the first column, I added the image element. For the red line please see this video. Hope this will help.
