Problem Brizy WP Licence
Hello,
I just tried to activate a license on a production site and it displays this message in WP :
"Brizy Pro: Empty License Key Submitted"
"Execution stopped. Attempt to save invalid project data."
Do you know why?

Sounds like an older problem. Can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.29. and PRO 2.3.22?

Sorry, the latest version for PRO is 2.3.23 (last night was a new update). Can you please delete PRO plugin from your installation, download the latest versions(2.3.23) from your Brizy account, activate the license and check again? If the problem is not resolved I will create a private ticket for you.

When you emailed support, did you receive an automated reply with a ticket number? If you have a ticket number, please let us know here. We will check. If not, please share your email address. We will not make it public.

I have looked at your ticket 16841. The error that shows up after a WordPress migration is a complex one to fix and we have escalated the issue to our development team. It may take a while as it is not an easy fix.
Another way to look for a solution is to re-migrate using an alternate migration tool. Let me do some tests at my end to see if I can recommend a tool that can migrate your website without this error.

Please stop looking at this issue that we raised as a leisurely problem. It is not just a problem. Your plugin crippled my website. I am losing money. I am losing clients.
My business is not able to absorb all these losses, caused by Brizy. You need to work with me round the clock to fix this massive DISASTER.
I can not wait to hear the solutions you offer. Please work overtime as I do over here and find me a solution.

Do you have an option to go back to your original server? If you do, please attempt to use your earlier WordPress instance temporarily in the interim period where we are still working out a solution for an error free migration.

I am trying to host the website back to the old server but waiting to hear back from my developer.
Is this to to do with the type of hosting server we have with cloudways? If I migrate my website to a different hosting for example Krystal.co.uk, will I have the same issue?
It sounds like Brizy only works with original hosting server only and can not be migrated?

Websites developed with Brizy seem to face some issues when migrating from one hosting to another using certain migration tools. We do not have a comprehensive analysis on why this happens and what migration tools can migrate flawlessly. We will need to carryout some tests to come to a conclusion.
