Brizy Pro Plugin Errors

i recently updated Brizy Pro to the latest version because i was receiving errors on my site.

 

after doing so, Wordpress is telling me that "BRIZY PRO IS NOT RUNNING" and to update to its latest version (which i already have.)

my site is loading but without the designs that i created in Brizy. what can i do to restore this?

  Hello Sophia,

  Thank you for your message!

  Can you please can change the theme, clear all the browser and server cache and disable all the plugins and themes you do not use? At the same time, please try to disable Brizy and then activate it again. Hope this helps!

  hi Doina,

  i just realized that actually, the site was in recovery mode, so the site is giving a critical error unless i enter back into recovery mode.

  does this change what i need to do to fix this? i cannot seem to delete the plugins, etc.

  Please, make sure you have the PRO plugin on the latest update - Brizy PRO 2.3.23; 

  Also, make sure you have the license activated on your page. 

  Currently, I see you have a key on this website - messagehartford.com. Is this the project on which you have the PRO issue?
