    Thank you for your message.

    We checked your site and found that you didn't set up the CNAME. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the Cname?

    Also, you have set up the AAAA record, could you please delete it?

    It looks like the host value on cname on each providers can be different.  I use www and works pretty well.

    My client is using hostinger and I will advise him to do the help resources that you provide. 
    BTW, if the AAA record has been set up and work (green color already), should he delete it again?

    Hi,

    If you have the AAAA record, the SSL certificate will not be propagated. You should delete the AAAA record, even if the DNS setting has the green color.

    I am sorry, we might misunderstood each other. 

    My client is using Pro Plan Brizy Cloud and will redirect the domain to brizy cloud hosting as of this tutorial - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

    It is not CNAME or subdomain. 

    From the tutorial and my experience, we have to set up both A and CNAME record.

    And from his dashboard, both of them are green already - https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAu476Qk
    However, the SSL is still not there.
