I have the following message: 
This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser.

I have tried everything, I have disconnected all accounts, I have increased the php memory, I have deleted all caches....

For your information, I work on a sub-domain. On the domain, I also have Wordpress with Brizy and it works.

Can you help me?
