I hate this already!
I've registered for Brizy Pro, but it keeps telling me I need to upgrade to a pro plan. I clicked on download, but that doesn't do anything helpful. I'm getting incredibly frustrated as I've spent hours looking at website builders and chose Brizy because it looked user-friendly, but I'm tearing my hair out already!

I assume you want to use Brizy Cloud, but you have bought Brizy Wordpress. Please see here. As you can see in your account you have bought Brizy Personal plan for Wordpress. So, we can refund the Wordpress plan and you can buy the Brizy Cloud plan, please advise.

What do you mean, by ‘send us the email’? Do you mean the email address I used? Do you mean you want a copy of the email? If so, how? The email message from you is a noreply address so I can’t forward anything.
