Hello, 

 

How I can connect with support? 

I have a subscription until 18 02 2022 and I want to renew it now before the subscription to expired 

 

How can I do that?

  Your payment will be made automatically on the day of payment, you already have this option set automatically in your account. But sometimes a problem can appear on the day of payment, and the payment is not processed, in this case, you have to update from here to the payment. At the moment everything is fine in your account, so please wait until the payment day and check then.
