Is brizzy using boostrap

Hello is brizy using bootstrap we want to build some from designs  in Brizy to add our bootstrap project we just want to know if Brizy is using bootstrap and which version is it using

meaning my final published website will bootstrap

  Brizy Cloud is not using bootstrap. Brizy Cloud has its own library.
