Can I send an image behind a background image?

See the enclosed screenshot

I want to send the left hand side photo behind the background image.

Is this possible?

  Yes, you can set this image like a background image, for this please try to add the left image like a background image of the column, please see this video, then you can minimize the column from the padding setting.
