    Hello James,

    Thank you for your message!

Can you please make sure you encounter this problem with the latest versions of Brizy: Free 2.3.28 and Pro 2.3.21? At the same time, try to clear all the cache and disable the plugins/themes you do not use.

    With kind regards,

    Doina

Hello i have experienced the same problems with every single Brizy update. What else could be contributing? All plugins are also disabled and am clearing cache repeatedly.

    Hi Benaiah,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This issue was fixed in Brizy builder. Can you confirm that you're using the latest Brizy Free and Pro version 2.4.2 ? Also, can you please send a video recording of the issue that you have encountered?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Benaiah,

Please watch this video for a test on changing color or a text with Brizy WordPress at my end. https://jmp.sh/SjrtW3A This test is carried out on a shared hosting account with one of the cheapest plans available with ionos.com. https://www.ionos.com/hosting/web-hosting In my test website, I am using WordPress multisite installation.

As you can see in my test, minor changes gets saved within a second. If you have 20 plugins installed, have around 30-50 pages and some 200 products and you are on a shared hosting, your changes in Brizy pages should save in 3-4 seconds.

Can you please elaborate a bit more about your WordPress setup?

    1. Which hosting company and hosting plan are you using?
    2. How big is your website? how many pages, blogposts, products, and plugins?
    3. When clicking on the Update button, how many seconds does your Brizy page take to save?
