    Hello!
I have created an internal issue to investigate that issue.
Will be back to you ASAP with the news.
    Thank you for your patience!
    And sorry for the inconvenience.
    Kind regards,
    Mihail

    Hi Mihail,

Unfortunately, we have not heard anything more - but the problem still exists.

We have a website built exclusively with Brizy and we need for the product name the superscript R

Beosigner® … See Screenshot … we need the superscript ® in the product name Beosigner® smaller .

The R is properly lettered, but not superscripted. We use the font: ROBOTO

It would be great if we could solve this problem soon.

    Many thanks
    Pina

    Hello Pina,

We had opened a private ticket for you, you have given us the login details, my colleague checked the issue and you received an answer on it. Please checked your email. The answer was: ,,The reason for your issue is the font. You should use another font to achieve the wanted result. Roboto font doesn't permit this sign as a degree. ,,

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

Unfortunately, this is not a solution.

Roboto is the font requested by our client and also a font often used for websites.

    Is there really no possibility?

    Hi,

As my colleagues mentioned before, this is everything we can do for you. Unfortunately, you have to change the font. Hope this makes everything clear!

    Kind regards,

    Doina

    Hi Devashish

Please copy paste the a text with superscript into Brizy text element. If the selected font supports the superscript character, it will display well. In this page, I am using the DM Sans font: https://digital-works.brizy.site/superscript

    Thanks George!

But sometimes clients would request for a specific font type, which we can not change without their consent.

Hope we will soon have a solution for this.

    Thanks

    Hi Devashish,

One factor to consider when choosing a font for the website is whether or not it supports superscript characters (if your client wants to include superscript characters). Please think about providing a list of fonts with superscript character support so the client can choose the best font from your list.

In this manner, it would not be necessary to alter the typeface in the middle of the project.
