    Hi Walter,

    Thank you for your message.

The team has been informed about this issue with the contact form element. I will try to have a fix as soon as possible.

    More details will come shortly.

    Regards, Natalia

BY ACCIDENT I FOUND THE PROBLEM!

This code from calenderhero.com seems to upset quite a few things on the pages, including stopping the Story carousel rotating if it is posted in the site/project embed field.

Can you suggest what might be wrong with it and I will let Calendar hero know. It adds a floating icon to the website that launches CalendarHero in a fixed slide-out.

<!-- CalendarHero inline embed script begin -->
    <div class="calendarhero-slideout-widget-url" data-url="https://meeting.calendarhero.com/meeting/new/5f75bdc2724493002034dd66/mastery"></div>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://app.calendarhero.com/assets/widget.js"></script>
<!-- CalendarHero inline embed script end -->

    Hi,

thanks for the update. It is also our fault. We should have asked from the beginning if you use any external code. Sometimes there is an incompatibility with the third-party tools.

In these cases, we can't be very helpful because that would mean that we have to study how this tool works and what it uses then to implement a possible solution for the whole cloud platform. We can't just do this for one project. I recommend testing an alternative for this widget.

btw: where did you add the code? Did you use embed element or did you add it in Project Settings? Try adding it to a single page using the Embed element so that it doesn't affect the whole project.

Yes I did both. When on a single page it stopped all the forms working on that page.

Then when I changed it to the project it even stopped the Story carousel button from working and the Story could not be clicked through.

That's when I became suspicious. I removed it altogether and now it all fine.

    Thanks.

I'm glad to hear that. I hope you'll find a working alternative for CalendarHero.
