Wordpress template for posts, missing elements?

Hi, I am trying to build a template for my posts but I'm struggling to find a way to do it...
I would just need to add header and footer, and fully manage the content with the classic wordpress editor (in my idea).
Shouldn't I find the Wordpress post elements (title, content ecc) somewhere at the bottom of the Brizy elements?

  Are you sure that you are editing a template (Brizy > Templates) and not a page?

  It is beyond frustrating that I am having this same problem and the original poster gives no detailed information on how this was fixed.  I am following Brizy's videos and guides to the Letter and the Dynamic Wordpress posts elements ARE NOT AN OPTION FOR THE TEMPLATES.  Beyond frustrating to keep finding these posts on the forums and no on actually says WHAT FIXED IT IN DETAIL.

  The problem was the add button, but only because it was not working.  Clicking on add would never do anything, at all, just a quick spin and then nothing would ever add.  I ended up deleting all templates and then started from scratch again which seemed to work as the add button then functioned correctly and the template worked after as well.  Thank you KC.
