    Hi Alex, Thanks for getting back to me. Fortunately, KC George - on the Facebook page - was able to resolve my issue. Thanks anyway!

    Can you please share the answer to this question? I don't know how to do it and cannot find another question related to this. Thanks

    Hi Manuel,

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If you need to add the anchor links in the WordPress menu you should follow the below steps:

    1 - Go to the block(s) and add the Block name https://jmp.sh/rlyRzrv

    2 - Update the page and go to the Appearance - Menus and select the menu you use;

    3 - Add Custom links;

    4 - In the URL, add the link of the page then "/#" and then add the Block name (e.g. www.site.com/page2/#custom_block).

    If you design a landing page or all blocks you want to link are placed on the same page where is added the menu, in the "URL", you can add only "#" then the Block name (e.g. #custom_block);

    5 - Save the menu.

    Also, for more information please see those video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3PuLxufI0c

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi have the same issue cloud.

    I've created this: https://www.revivewithjess.co.uk/home/#ABOUT, but when i click on another page https://www.revivewithjess.co.uk/blog and try to go back to the about section it keeps adding replacing home with blog so doesn't go anywhere.

    It's doing the same thing with my other websites, most notably fanpark.co.uk.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, we do not currently have a permanent solution for this issue. However, we have recently received a similar request and will forward it to our developers as a feature improvement for upcoming updates. In the meantime, we recommend implementing a temporary solution by adding a margin or a spacer element to make more space at the top of the block, until a more suitable resolution is found.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
