HTTP ERROR 500, clients cannot access our site

We received reports of our clients having this error starting on Saturday 22nd of January.
I have not been able to resolve it on my own.

  Can you check if in WP dashboard in the Settings both WordPress Address and Site Address start with https and not with http. Example: https://jumpshare.com/v/1bwFgqX8ms30TinxCLzw Hope this helps!

  this is the error message I get, I believe the Brizy wp theme in use is causing a problem.  I cannot access the page or the dashboard.
