The home page on my website doesn't always come up, sometimes this screen appears:

The other pages load fine. What would cause this problem?

  I checked the connection and everything is correct. If it wasn't correct, I don't think any of the pages would display. What next?

  The home page seems to go on and off like someone flips a switch. The other pages seem to be fine.
