Embedded Background Video loop problem
Hi, When I use an embed link from Vimeo, on the video loops a few times then goes to the "More From" part that usually only happens when playing the video on Vimeo.
Using Brizy Pro, Brizy Cloud.
I cannot make the video less than 5mb and upload it because the quality will then be terrible. The video is used in the background of the landing page.

I just responded to another comment from yours here. So to understand: do you have a background video where you have problems with the loop or is the video added by the Embed element?
btw: the limit now is 50 MB.

Hi Alex, The embed code is used for the background video. It is set to loop. But doesn’t loop more than a few times. -- Best Regards, Chris

I got a little confused. Let's keep the discussion to one post because in the other posts you were talking about an embed video but here it seems to be a video background (set from section options). Please send the link to the page where you have this video background and I will look into it. Thanks.

Hi, Okay, thank you. I was also confused as to why there were two cases open. Please see here, the video loops 2 to 3 times then stops, same as with my embed video: Would you recommend that I use Youtube instead of Vimeo? Site is chempute.brizy.site -- Best Regards, Chris Lawrence

Hi,
thank you. Now I see, you have a Vimeo video background and there are some problems with the loop. Already create an internal issue and we will look into it. It may not be a very fast fix because it has to be a global solution (it's not just for you) so in the meantime, you could use youtube video.
