    Hello Marie,

    Thank you for your message!

Can you please confirm that you encounter this problem with the latest version of Brizy : Free 2.3.28 and Pro 2.3.21? At the same time, please delete all the cache and disable the plugins and themes you do not use.

    Kind regards,

    Doina

    Hello

yes, everything is up to date. I deactivated my Woocommerce plugin, and that did it. The problem is WooCommerce. When I activate WooCommerce everything is working fine except I can't edit with Brizy ( I have Brizy pro) If this is something I need to talk to with my hosting I would need help to explain the technical stuff... Any help would be appreciated!

    thank you

    Hi Tyler,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I assume that when you first created your pages, you immediately clicked on the Edit with Brizy button without adding a title and publishing the page.
This approach should work, however, for some reason it's different on your website.
To avoid this, before you hit the Edit with Brizy button, please add a title and hit the publish button.

For existing pages that cannot be edited, you can change the status to published. This should resolve the issue.

This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/pUFK4IukbEU

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
