Mobile Menu Not Working

Hello,

Recently the menu on my site stopped working, so I installed the new Brizy Pro Plugin version 2.3.19 and the menu issue was fixed on the desktop view but on the mobile, the hamburger menu will not open when selected, and a few other issues occur. I updated the plugin today with Brizy Pro version 2.3.21 but so far the problem still isn't rectified. Can you please inform me of the steps to take to correct this issue?   Hello,

  Thank you for your message!

  The latest versions are : Free 2.3.28 and Pro 2.3.21. Please make sure you have them both updated! At the same time, try to clear the server and browser cache and disable all the plugins and themes you do not use. Hope this helps!

  Hello Doina,

  1. I'm running the latest updated versions of Free 2.3.28 and Pro 2.3.21

  2. I cleared the server cache using my SG Optimizer plugin

  3. I erased all unused themes

  4. I have minimal plugins and I use them all so did not disable them

  After following those steps I'm still having issues with the hamburger menu not opening on the mobile site & my submenu selections not opening on my desktop version.

  I'm also seeing a message in my WordPress dashboard that says "Brizy Bro: No activation found for this installation"  (I've enclosed an Image)

  If I give you access to my site can someone please help me rectify the situation? I would really appreciate it.

   Hi,
