    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Parsing errors from the dashboard does not affect the way your site works. If the website does not work well there could be another issue. Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.28 and Brizy Pro 2.3.21.
Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro) and activate a WP default theme? Please sent us the URL of your website so we could check it.

    Best regards, Nelea.

We've temporarily deactivated all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro) and activated a WP default theme but it is still not working.

    Hello!
My name is Mihail, Brizy customer team.

    Make sure the WordPress URL and the Site URL have the same, secured URL - httpS ;
In this example, these URLs are not correct - https://jumpshare.com/v/z1TlsFvSYJuFsAODaU6U both should be httpS. Just add an S at the end of the prefix.

As the result Make sure the WordPress URL and the Site URL have the same URL

Let us know if all is working fine.

    Thank you!
    Best regards,
    Mihail.

But the site was working fine with the HTTP before we upgraded to Brizy Free 2.3.28 and Brizy Pro 2.3.21

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message!

We do understand that the site was working fine before the update, but for it to work further you need to make sure it is HTTPS as my colleague mentioned above. Hope this makes things clear.

    With kind regards,

    Doina
